When you make an order on the Obsessharness website, you must provide information about yourself that is reliable, accurate, up-to-date, and complete in all respects. These terms and conditions apply to all orders on this website and any orders subject to our T&Cs. By placing an order with Obsessharness, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

ORDERS
When selecting an item, please refer to the size chart provided for each product. If you require the item to fit perfectly, you can specify your measurements during checkout, and we will manufacture it according to your measurements (without an additional fee).
After you place your order, the goods are produced within 7-14 business days and sent via international delivery. Please consider the time of manufacture and delivery when placing your order. You can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it.
Once the parcel has been transferred to the delivery service, an order cannot be canceled or modified.
All refunds will be subject to a 5% card processing fee, which will be applied to process the transaction and refund. Alternatively, the amount can be issued as credit for the online store.
INTERNATIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our website presents products designed for adults. By purchasing from Obsessharness, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. All products bought on our website are subject to international copyright laws.
The customer is responsible for importing the products to their country and must comply with the rules regarding customs requirements.
We are not responsible for any duties or taxes for international orders. We recommend that our foreign buyers check their country's policy regarding the taxation of goods delivered. We categorize all products into four categories: "Leather Accessories", "Leather Belts", "Lingerie", and "Jewelry", depending on the items ordered. Using this information, you can determine the applicable delivery charges in your country for a specific product.
BESPOKE AND CUSTOM ORDERS
All adjustments to Obsessharness designs and the creation of new products remain the property of Obsessharness.
COLOR CHOOSING
Dear customer, when choosing a product in the color you like, pay attention:
- The store's website features products made from different types of leather, including vegetable-tanned full-grain, patent leather, and nappa leather. As a result, the color saturation and shades of products from various leather types may vary. If you purchase items of different kinds of leather (selecting the same color), be prepared for the shades to differ and not match each other. If you want to get a set of the same color, you may choose items from the same skin type.
- It is recommended to plan the purchase of several products at once, as the colors of the same type of leather may have slight differences in shades across different batches. Each new delivery of leather from the factory may have a different shade. This should be considered if you order various products after a specific period, as the shades may differ.
- The real product colors and leather colors presented in the store catalog may have slight differences in brightness and saturation due to the user settings of your electronic device (brightness and contrast of your monitor, other color display parameters).
PAYMENT
You can make a payment in US dollars on the website. If you pay from your card in a different currency, the write-off amount may be more, as your currency is converted into the currency indicated on the site at the rate set by your bank. We must receive full payment for the goods you ordered before your order is accepted. As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you an email confirming the order, including your name, order number, and total cost.
The credit/debit card you use should be yours. All cardholders are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer. If your payment is received and further details are required to authorize your purchase, you or your bank may be required to provide more verification or authorization for the transaction. Obsessharness will not be made liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order due to delays in delivering further permission.
DELIVERY
- All the products on the website obsessharness.com are prepared and sent within 7-14 working days after payment confirmation.
- Products purchased on the obsessharness.com website can be delivered to the customer's home or any other person of his choice.
- In the case of refusing or unclaimed delivery, the customer will take the order as abandoned, and Obsessharness will not be able to give any reimbursement. The customer is responsible for all supplement shipping costs.

RETURNS
All products on obsessharness.com can be custom ordered. We are attentive to all stages of manufacture and carefully check each product before shipping. The return policy is on this page.
Obsessharness will not be liable for any loss, sending to the wrong address, or delay in delivery of a product that the customer wants to return to obsessharness.com, insofar as the risks of transportation chosen by the customer are based on its own.
