EXCHANGE

If you choose a wrong size of your product, we can exchange the ordered product for the same, but in a different size, or manufacture the product according to your custom made size. Products with individual measurements are manufactured for an additional fee. Besides you will have to pay for the delivery of the item back and the shipment of the new product. To avoid mistakes in ordering use the size table that is available in each product. While exchanging, the product must be returned in complete packaging and do not have signs of wear.

RETURN

The product can be returned in case of failure. To return the goods, write to us on email specifying the reason for the return. The goods can be returned within 14 days from the receipt of the order. The product must contain all the tags of our online shop and be in its original packaging.

ObsessHarness has the own right to decide whether or not the goods are in original condition and complectation when you return. If we confirm that the goods were really defective on our mistake, we will offer you the exchange and delivery at our expense or refund using the original payment method. The refund will be made within 7 days after we receive the returned goods.

When it is not possible to return:

Products that are classified as intimate accessories and are marked on the product card as underwear cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Items marked "Final sale" or "Sample" cannot be returned.

When returning or exchanging goods, the customer is fully responsible for the safety of the goods until it is delivered to us. If the goods are lost or damaged during delivery, no refunds or exchanges will be made.
