If you choose the wrong product size, it can be exchanged for the same product of the right size, made according to your individual parameters. The buyer is responsible for returning the item and shipping the new item. To select the correct size of the product, please refer to the size chart for each product or send your personalized measurements in the reply email that will be sent after placing your order. In case of exchange, the product must be returned in its original packaging and must not show any signs of use.
Returns are accepted for items that show signs of manufacturing defects. To initiate a return, please email support@obsessharness.com specifying the reason for the return. Returns must be made within 14 days from receipt of the order. The returned product must be accompanied by all original tags from our online shop and in its original packaging.
Obsessharness reserves the right to determine whether the goods are in their original condition and completeness upon return. If we confirm that the goods were defective due to our mistake, we will offer you an exchange and delivery at our expense or a refund using the original payment method. The refund will be made within 7 days after we receive the returned goods.
Products classified as intimate accessories and marked as underwear on the product card cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
Products made to your individual parameters are not returnable.
Items marked "Final sale" or "Sample" cannot be returned.
When returning or exchanging goods, the customer is fully responsible for their safety until they are delivered to us. No refunds or exchanges will be made if the goods are lost or damaged during delivery.
Digital products and gift cards are not eligible for a return.You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To do so, please contact our customer service team support@obsessharness.com.
